When someone books our show through your affiliate link that we provide for you, you earn 10% of the booking fee!

Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Highland Echoes Affiliate Program ("the Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility:
- To qualify as an affiliate, you must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Affiliates must have a valid email address and be able to provide accurate and truthful information during the registration process.
2. Enrollment:
- To enroll in the Program, prospective affiliates must complete the online registration form provided on our website.
- All applications are subject to review and approval by the Highland Echoes team. We reserve the right to reject any application deemed unsuitable for any reason.
3. Promotional Activities:
- Affiliates are required to promote the Highland Echoes show in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
- Affiliates may use approved promotional materials provided by Highland Echoes, including banners, graphics, and text links, to promote the show.
- Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing advertising and marketing practices in their respective jurisdictions.
4. Commission Structure:
- Affiliates will earn a commission for each valid booking sale generated through their unique referral link.
- Commission rates and payout thresholds are subject to change at the discretion of Highland Echoes. Any changes to commission rates will be communicated to affiliates in advance.
5. Payment Terms:
- 50% of the Payment will be processed 30 days after booking payment is made and the remaining 50% at least 60 days after booking payment is made. Please note: affiliates are not paid until the venue makes the final payment.
- Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their payment details (e.g., PayPal account or bank account information) are accurate and up to date to facilitate timely payouts.
6. Cookie Duration:
- Highland Echoes utilizes cookies to track referrals and attribute sales to the appropriate affiliate.
- The standard cookie duration is 60 days, during which affiliates will receive credit for any purchases made by referred customers.
7. Termination of Agreement:
- Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.
- Highland Echoes reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the Program for any violation of these terms and conditions or for conduct deemed harmful to the reputation of Highland Echoes.
8. Intellectual Property:
- Affiliates acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights associated with the Highland Echoes brand, including trademarks, logos, and promotional materials, are owned by Highland Echoes.
- Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the provided promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting the Highland Echoes show.
9. Limitation of Liability:
- Highland Echoes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the participation in the Program.
- In no event shall Highland Echoes' total liability under this agreement exceed the total commissions paid or payable to the affiliate under the Program.
10. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [insert jurisdiction].
- Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of [insert jurisdiction].

1. Disclosure Requirements: Affiliates, particularly teachers promoting our school shows to other schools, must disclose their affiliation with our program when promoting the show to their colleagues, students, or other educational institutions. This ensures transparency and helps build trust with their audience.
2. Ethical Marketing Practices: Affiliates should adhere to ethical marketing practices and avoid engaging in deceptive, misleading, or spammy promotional tactics. This includes refraining from making false claims about the show or engaging in aggressive marketing techniques.
3. Respect Copyright and Intellectual Property: Affiliates must respect the copyright and intellectual property rights associated with our school shows, including trademarks, logos, and promotional materials. Unauthorized use of copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited.
4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations:Affiliates are expected to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines governing advertising and marketing practices in their respective jurisdictions. This includes but is not limited to laws related to consumer protection, privacy, and data protection.
5. Sensitive Content and Target Audience: When promoting our school shows, affiliates should be mindful of the sensitivity of certain topics or themes and ensure that their promotional activities are appropriate for their target audience, particularly when marketing to schools and educational institutions.
6. Respect the Brand Image: Affiliates should represent our school shows in a positive light and refrain from engaging in any activities that could damage the reputation or brand image of our program.
By following these guidelines, affiliates can effectively promote all our shows - including school shows - while maintaining transparency, integrity, and respect for all parties involved.
